TATA CROMA - Deficiency in providing extended warranty service
I had purchased an AC in June 2011 and with it I bought extended warranty service. Upfront I was informed that all problems will be resolved within 48 hrs. I had lodged a complaint on 25th May via complaint no. 83925.
It is to inform you, I m yet to receive services and further Mr Yusuf, (I guess service head delhi region) informed via call (today) it will take 1-2 week to replace led panel.
A company of such repute should address customers grievances within promised time frame.
